Many triathletes consider swimming the most difficult discipline to get a good grasp on. Get ahead of the competition early on the race, build confidence in open water, and dial in that technique with Nick.

  • Submit videos for Nick to review, breakdown & analyze your usual swim stroke / technique. Over a 30 minute 1:1 call, Nick will provide feedback, key focus points and recommend swim drills to implement in your routine!

  • Want us to further help your swim routine? Sign up for ongoing swim sessions created by Nick. We will work on:

    • technical aspects of stroke

    • Aerobic & Anaerobic fitness

    • Open water swim techniques

    Swim Coaching:

    Included weekly run sessions and run specific gym/mobility work.

  • At RAD we cater for all run distances and formats. Track, Road and Trail running from 1500m , 10k's , Half's, Marathons and Ultra Marathons.
