Single Sport - Running
For runners. With an emphasis on strength & mobility, RAD athletes will receive weekly running & strength sessions via Training Peaks and open communication with their coach via WhatsApp. Whether you’re training for your first 5k or going for a Marathon PR, we are here to help you reach your goals.
Dual Sport
Dual sport is perfect for those who want more to their training regimen without going for the full triathlon. Athletes will receive weekly workouts of their choice in sports (running, swimming or cycling) as well as strength & mobility sessions, all delivered via Training Peaks. Open communication with their coach via Training Peaks & WhatsApp.
Triathlon
For the crazy ones doing all 3. Our coaches deliver tailored swim, bike, run & strength/mobility sessions via Training Peaks. Open communication with you coach via WhatsApp guarantees you receive custom sessions that push your limits and enhance performance without mental or physical burnout. Suitable for those going for a Sprint, Olympic, Half-Ironman, or Full Ironman distance triathlon.
